My work has two clear doors.
MatthiasRöder.com is for people. I publish ideas, experiments, workflows, and implementation material for individuals, executives, builders, and leaders. The membership adds practical resources, live clinics, and direct guidance.
The Mindshift is for organizations. It helps leadership teams find the workflows worth changing, redesign the work, build the human-and-AI system, and scale what proves useful.
From Beethoven X to AI-native work
My best-known public project is Beethoven X, the international effort that completed Beethoven's unfinished 10th Symphony with AI. I led the project from concept to premiere. It generated more than €300 million in earned media, but its most useful lesson was not about spectacle.
AI becomes powerful when people design the whole system around it: memory, context, constraints, decision rights, human judgment, and a clear standard for what good means.
That lesson now runs through my work on AI Second Brains, agent skills, ambient AI, human-AI creativity, personal workflows, and organizational systems.
