As Managing Director of the Karajan Institute, digitised the Karajan archive, built the world’s first classical-music hackathon, co-produced documentary films, created innovation formats for Volkswagen’s R&D teams, and founded the Karajan Music Tech Conference — an annual Salzburg summit on music, AI and emerging technologies that brings together 200+ artists, technologists and industry leaders to explore advances in creative AI, neuroscience, immersive media and future listening.
Managed global intellectual property assets and trademarks, developed new revenue streams, and scaled the Karajan digital audience to over 5 million monthly listeners.
