Hello and welcome back from the break!

I am currently writing this blog with the help of a little autocomplete tool called Cotypist.

Cotypist completes your sentences wherever you type on your Mac, in the browser, in your email client and also in your text editor.

The cool thing about Cotypist is that it lives directly on your Mac, so nothing you type every leaves your computer.

Hosting your AI on your own computer is something that a lot of people don’t even know they can do, but there is a whole movement out there of people tinkering around with AI models on their own machines.

Btw, it took me a while to figure out how to pronounce it. Think of it as a Co-Typist, someone who is typing alongside.
